Health Coaching Program
As your Health Coach, my goal is to help you maintain your physical, mental and emotional health in the next chapter of your life by eating well (or better), staying active, sharp, and present.
My holistic coaching program will guide you to explore and experiment the food and lifestyle areas of health that best support you and your brain. We will work together so you can bring them in harmony with your health and wellness ambitions.
This includes:
Twelve 45 min Coaching Sessions over 3 to 6 months (customized), virtual or in-person
One 30 min Follow-up Session a month after the end of the program
Email Support throughout
WFPB Foods Program
In this program, we concentrate on one primary area of health: nutrition. My goal is to help you increase the consumption of Whole Food Plant-Based (WFPB) foods in your day to day life. I will help you find answers to your questions such as:
Why should I consider eating more WFPB foods?
What are the best plant-based foods for my brain?
How can I transition to WFPB foods without feeling deprived?
What are plant-based sources of proteins?
We will work together so you can adopt a WFPB on your schedule, in harmony with your health and wellness ambitions. This includes:
Eight 30 min WFPB Sessions over 2 to 4 months (customized), virtual or in-person
Email Support throughout
Optional: One full meal cooked in your kitchen at the end of the program with the WFPB ingredients of your choice
